We provide material certificate with sample and order productions.
A: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures or videos that demonstrate the production progress.
A: In fact, we will not take any chances and ship poor quality products to you. We have a perfect QC system to control the quality. We will identify all issues with your products before shipping. Additionally, we only manufacture goods of high quality until you are satisfied.
In the event that you receive any products of poor quality, we will either refund you the money or ship you the same quantity free in the next shipment.
A: Yes, of course, we have our own R&D department.
It depends.
For standard parts, we mostly have stock for spare parts, samples can be ready in 2-3 days.
For simple machining parts, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
For products that require mold manufacturing, it usually takes around 7 weeks to complete the samples.
The production lead time for bulk orders is usually 7-9 weeks.
Our QC team strictly follows ISO9001 or IATF16949 requirements to control the quality of each individual item.
Our QC team directly reports to the General Manager regarding any quality issues.
